Apple's iOS 9 comes with a number of battery improving features, including a Low Power Mode.

1.Lower the brightness
Settings > Display & Brightness and adjust the brightness control.

This feature adjusts your display's brightness according to the lighting of your current environment. This tip is a no-brainer and applies to any device with a backlit screen.

2.Disable Bluetooth
Settings > Bluetooth.

The Bluetooth function is not only useful with wireless headsets or earpieces, but also for iPhone or iPad users share data wirelessly. But it also drains the battery of your device. Turn it on when you're using it, otherwise, leave it off.

3.Enable Low Power Mode.
Settings > General > Battery > Lower Power Mode.

Introduced with iOS 9, Low Power Mode is an easy way to extend the battery life of your iPhone when it starts to get low. This will turn off various power-sapping settings and features until you can get to a wall socket.

4.Stop the animations
Settings > Wallpapers & Brightness, then choose 'Wallpaper' and turn 'Reduce Motion' on in Settings > General > Accessibility.

You don't need dynamic backgrounds and parallax, '3D' effects. They're fun but they're munching your power.

5.Reduce background refreshing
Settings > General > Background App Refresh

some apps continue to run in the background and slowly eat away at your phone's battery.Once you find out what app is consuming the most battery, one way to squeeze additional life out of your iPhone is by disabling Background App Refresh for individual apps.
